Match Day Support

Champion Data operate a Bunker in our office for many sports. The support contacts below should be used by Clients and Partners during a scheduled Live Sporting Event for issues and service requests specific to the current live events.

Bunker Managers are onsite in our Bunker 90 minutes before the first event of the day and 30 minutes after the last event of the day.

Where the Bunker Manager is unable to resolve an incident, they will escalate to our support team and/or rostered on-call staff as required.
